1. Acceptance of Terms

In case of promotions all work remains the property of Interactive Web Resources until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. Any work done (unless specifically agreed) by Interactive Web Resources remain the copyright of Interactive Web Resources and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Interactive Web Resources.

Interactive Web Resources cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client.

Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of Interactive Web Resources and where no charge is made by Interactive Web Resources for such additions, Interactive Web Resources accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.

Interactive Web Resources will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.

5. Copyright

* All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the website and its content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Interactive Web Resources or otherwise used by Interactive Web Resources as permitted by law.
* In accessing the website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. 8. Payment of Accounts
A deposit may be required from a new client before any work is carried out. In all cases any costs incurred by Interactive Web Resources on behalf of the client are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

It is the Interactive Web Resources policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Interactive Web Resources or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Interactive Web Resources. If accounts are not settled or Interactive Web Resources has not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related work may be denied.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
